Her practice covers general contractual disputes, shareholder and director disagreements and claims involving professional negligence.
Beth has acted for clients in the County Courts, High Court and in mediation and she is skilled at guiding clients through each stage of the litigation process, from pre-action strategy to trial.
She places emphasis on providing clear, practical advice that balances legal merit with commercial objectives. Whilst Beth is experienced in pursuing and defending proceedings, she works proactively to resolve disputes through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate, helping clients minimise costs and disruption.
Beth’s focus is on building strong client relationships and delivering effective solutions tailored to the circumstances of each case.
Beth qualified as a solicitor in 2023 and joined DMH Stallard in April 2025.
