In addition to asset and share sales and purchases (acting for both buyers and sellers), Beth also has experience working on management buyouts, joint venture and shareholder arrangements, reorganisations and other general corporate law matters. Beth’s corporate practice has involved advising private companies, banks and individuals.
Beth also assists on finance transactions, including corporate secured and unsecured lending and acquisition. She developed her knowledge of this sector whilst working in-house at NatWest during a six-month secondment.
Beth works primarily in our London office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.
Beth completed her training contract with the firm and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2023.
Beth graduated from the University of Liverpool with a First in Law and completed the LPC MSc at the University of Law achieving a distinction.
