Landlord and Tenant Disputes: rent and service charge arrears recovery, enforcement, and forfeiture and possession claims.
Land and Development Disputes: boundary disputes, adverse possession claims, rights to light, and business rates appeals.
Claire has over 10 years’ experience in the property sector, having previously acted for private individuals and commercial organisations in a variety of residential and commercial property transactions.
