Graeme has over 30 years’ non-contentious construction law experience including working for several years in house, as European General Counsel of a multi-national Japanese construction company.
He has acted for clients from all aspects of construction projects, including banks, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, local authorities, universities and academies and housing associations and also for professional advisers, such as architects and engineers. He is experienced in drafting and negotiating all documentation involved in construction projects, such as building contracts and sub-contracts, development agreements, collateral warranties, professional appointments, performance bonds and guarantees.
