Grant is a Partner in the real estate development group, acting for both landowner and developer clients on sales and purchases of development land, including option and promotion agreements and conditional contracts.

Grant also has significant experience of other commercial real estate work including investment acquisitions and disposals, lettings and secured lending.

Grant is also a qualified legal translator and member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists.
