Jodie advises developer clients on site setups and the onwards sales of new build plots.

She has worked with developers selling new plots for over 10 years. She works closely with land, technical and sales teams to ensure that all legal documentation is in place for the start of sales and marketing. Jodie also manages the plot sales process as reservations are taken, ensuring that the sales team is kept up to date on key matters.

Jodie became a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2014.

Large complicated site

Dealt with a large, complicated site in East Grinstead which had various complications to deal with.  Multiple forms of transfer were required to cover plot specific rights, flying freeholds and multiple management companies.


Large site

Dealt with a very large site in Somerset comprising a holiday retreat of detached houses. Multiple retentions were required for ongoing works.
