Lucy has considerable experience acting on residential property matters including sales, purchases, voluntary lease extensions, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. She works on both freehold and leasehold matters.
Lucy focuses on providing a high level of client care. She knows the importance of clear and regular communication, and ensures her clients are informed at each stage of the conveyancing process. Her aim is to make transactions as seamless as possible for her clients.
Lucy graduated the University of Sussex in 2017. She began her legal career in 2018 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2021.
