She is experienced advising on all aspects of estate administration for both straightforward and complex estates and regularly assists from the outset to the conclusion of the probate process.
She provides tax and succession planning advice, including the preparation of bespoke wills and trusts and she also advises on other aspects of lifetime planning including the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and advance decisions.
Rachel works primarily in our Guildford office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.
