Experienced with all types of property transactions, from sale and purchase to leasehold matters and first registrations.

Samantha acts for a number of corporate and individual clients, assisting with a variety of residential property related transactions. Her expertise encompasses handling the sale and purchase of new builds, bare land, leasehold and freehold properties, as well as advising on lease extensions, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Samantha qualified as a CLC regulated conveyancer in April 2022, having worked in residential property in various capacities since 2008.
