Stephen advises on a wide range of commercial and high-value residential properties. With a broad background in both sectors, he specialises in property investments for UK and offshore clients, commercial leasing, and residential and commercial development.

Stephen also deals with joint ventures and bank finance for property transactions. For many years he has acted for clients in the retail and leisure industries, dealing with hotel and restaurant acquisitions and disposals. He regularly acts for banks in relation to property loans, related security issues and offshore structures.

Stephen is also a Past Master of the Worshipful Company of Plaisterers (2022/23).
