Tom is a specialist in Commercial Real Estate with a focus on landlord and tenant, investment and development and supported living sectors. Tom also has extensive experience in supporting corporate acquisitions and disposals.

Tom has a wide range of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate matters. He has a varied commercial property practice, acting for commercial property investors, owners, developers and occupiers. Tom has worked for almost 10 years with developers, funders and investors in the supported living sector. Tom also works closely with our Corporate teams providing property advice and support in corporate acquisitions, disposals and restructuring.

Tom works primarily in our Guildford office and London office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.

PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS

Numerous acquisitions and disposals of portfolios of supported living properties (values £1M – £40M) with subsequent asset management advice and support to owner and developer clients in the sector.


ASSET MANAGEMENT

Acting for major national office occupier on all asset management support; advising client on property matters of corporate acquisitions.


CHANGE OF USE

Acquisition of occupied office premises in Lewes for conversion to residential use.


OFFICE CONVERSION

Acquisition of fully-let office building in central London for conversion into flexible office space.


THE SHARD

Acting for tenant taking two floors in The Shard necessitating major structural works linking the two floors.
