Amber is an Associate in the London Corporate team who assists on a variety of Corporate matters, including M&A transactions, group reorganisations, management buy-outs, fundraises and general company law matters.

Amber qualified as a Solicitor in September 2023 after successfully completing the SQE. Previously, she worked as a Paralegal after initially joining the firm in 2016.

Amber works primarily in our London office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.
