Not one, but two Legal Flyers for DMH Stallard!

Anyone who works in the legal profession knows it’s a highly competitive market, so we are delighted that two of our Associates have been recognised by the prestigious business magazine, Business Insider, as Young Legal Flyers!

Romy Cross (Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation Team) and Amber Matheson (Associate in the Family Team) have both been picked as rising stars.

Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2022 and progressing quickly to Associate, Romy Cross says:

she feels “honoured to have been recognised as a rising star of the legal trade and I am very grateful to those who have supported me in my career so far.”

Simon Elcock, Partner, and Department Head of the Dispute Resolution Team says:

“Romy’s dedication and collaborative approach to client service have been truly outstanding. This award recognises not just her individual talent, but also reflects the collaborative spirit we foster at DMH Stallard. Her ability to navigate complex legal challenges while maintaining a keen focus on our clients’ needs exemplifies the high standards we set for our young lawyers. We’re immensely proud of Romy’s achievement and excited to see her continued growth in the Dispute Resolution Department”.

Likewise, recently promoted Associate, Amber Matheson, says:

she feels “very privileged to be listed in the top 10 Rising Stars of the Legal trade in such a prestigious publication. Hard work pays off, as they say, and it is lovely to be recognised.”

A sentiment echoed by Samantha Jago, Partner of the Family Team:

“Amber has made a huge difference to the Guildford Family Team. She is an excellent lawyer, fighting hard to get the best outcomes for her clients. She is also an integral part of the Guildford office, organising many of our social events and bringing her own touch of magic to all she does. Congratulations – well deserved. I look forward to seeing what she does next!”

We do indeed.

Many congratulations to both of you!
