DMH Stallard Advises HT Servo on ‘landmark transaction’

DMH Stallard has advised HT Servo Ltd on its successful acquisition by Swedish industrial group Teqnion AB.

The transaction marks a significant milestone for West Sussex-based HT Servo, a specialist supplier of motion components in Worthing to many of the UK’s leading aerospace and defence companies.

Led by Managing Director David Baillie, HT Servo has built a reputation for technical excellence, reliability, and customer-focused service. The acquisition by Teqnion AB will support HT Servo’s continued growth while preserving its core values and commitment to its customers.

Throughout the deal process, DMH Stallard worked closely with FRP Advisory. The collaboration between DMH Stallard and FRP ensured a smooth and efficient transaction, delivering a successful outcome for all parties.
