Formerly at MacDonald Oates, Nisha is very experienced in helping her clients navigate complex and sensitive relationship breakdowns. The commercial dispute resolution team in London welcomes David Bowman from Weightmans. David brings extensive experience in complex and high‑value commercial litigation. His practice spans international disputes, civil fraud, contentious trusts, digital asset litigation and arbitrations, with a track record of acting in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and Business and Property Courts. David has represented multinational corporations, financial institutions, public bodies and high‑profile individuals, and is recognised for his strategic approach and strong advocacy.
Real estate lawyer Angela Fong joins DMH Stallard’s London office from Russells Solicitors. Angela advises high‑net‑worth domestic and international clients on a wide range of property transactions, including off‑plan purchases, financing arrangements, leases and complex title issues.
