New Year brings three new partner appointments at DMH Stallard

DMH Stallard has announced the appointment of three new partners, further strengthening the firm’s highly regarded family, dispute resolution and real estate practices.

The arrival of Nisha Tayal – Family, David Bowman – Dispute Resolution, and Angela Fong – Real Estate, reflects the firm’s continued investment in exceptional legal talent and its commitment to delivering market‑leading expertise to clients in the UK and internationally.

In Guildford, the family team is bolstered by the arrival of Nisha Tayal, a specialist with more than 20 years’ experience advising clients on high‑net‑worth divorces, financial settlements, children matters and pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements. Formerly at MacDonald Oates, Nisha is very experienced in helping her clients navigate complex and sensitive relationship breakdowns. She is committed to constructive resolution and achieving outcomes that protect clients’ long‑term interests.

The commercial dispute resolution team in London welcomes David Bowman from Weightmans.  David brings extensive experience in complex and high‑value commercial litigation. His practice spans international disputes, civil fraud, contentious trusts, digital asset litigation and arbitrations, with a track record of acting in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and Business and Property Courts. David has represented multinational corporations, financial institutions, public bodies and high‑profile individuals, and is recognised for his strategic approach and strong advocacy.

Real estate lawyer Angela Fong joins DMH Stallard’s London office from Russells Solicitors. Angela advises high‑net‑worth domestic and international clients on a wide range of property transactions, including off‑plan purchases, financing arrangements, leases and complex title issues. She brings significant experience acting for banks, financial institutions and corporate bodies, and previously led the Real Estate practice at a prominent music and entertainment law firm.

Richard Pollins, Managing Partner at DMH Stallard, said:

“I am delighted that we are starting 2026 with these three superb partner appointments. Nisha, David and Angela bring exceptional expertise, deep sector knowledge and a commitment to outstanding client service. Their arrival enhances our capabilities across three practice areas, and we look forward to the valuable contributions they will make to the firm and our clients.”
