Tina is a Partner who heads the Real Estate department. She is responsible for the firm’s commercial and residential property offering across Sussex, Surrey and London.
Tina represents some of the firm’s most important clients and has built a reputation for developing long-term successful client relationships. She is known for providing commercial solutions, often in the context of large and/or complex property portfolios.
Tina has a significant experience in dealing with statutory freehold acquisitions and lease extension claims.
Tina qualified as a solicitor in 1994.
Tina works primarily in our Gatwick office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.

Residential lease extensions – where are we now?
For owners of residential flats, the past few years has been a period of confusion and frustration as the Government has sought to reform the lease extension process, including the way that lease extensions are valued. The subject has received a good deal of press attention and indeed a new piece of legislation – the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 (LAFRA) – was enacted in the final parliamentary session before the general election in July.
