He has a broad corporate practice, advising both public and private companies on complex transactions, including those subject to the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. Jeff has developed an impressive track record in broadband network build, natural resources, life sciences, and hospitality sectors.
In recent months Jeff acted for the Zzoomm Group on its merger with FullFibre; for Zeus Capital as financial adviser to MIH East Holdings on its £70.4 million recommended cash takeover offer for The International Stock Exchange Group Limited (and the cash confirmation given by Zeus Capital); for Edmond de Rothschild Equity Strategies IV SLP on its equity co-investment into Aegros Bidco, for its £349.7 million takeover offer for AIM-listed, Alliance Pharma plc; and for OAK Securities on the Placing and WRAP Offer raising £7.35 million for AIM-listed, Oxford BioDynamics plc, the biotechnology company.
