More than three-quarters of the firm’s workforce took part, with 305 colleagues sharing their views on wellbeing, leadership, rewards, development and workplace culture.
The survey showed improvements across almost every measure compared with the previous year. Confidence in the firm’s leadership rose to 97.6%, while 95.7% of respondents said flexible working arrangements helped them achieve a positive work-life balance. More than 90% said the firm supports their wellbeing, while nearly 90% said they felt supported by management.
Staff also highlighted supportive colleagues, flexible working, strong leadership and an inclusive environment among the firm’s greatest strengths.
Amanda Smith, HR Director at DMH Stallard, said:
“What is particularly pleasing is not only the strength of the results, but the fact that colleagues can see their feedback leading to meaningful change. We want our people to know that when they share their views, we listen and take action; this is key to the positive survey results.
“This survey gives us a clear picture of what we’re doing well and where we can improve further. We will continue to build on our strengths while addressing the areas colleagues have highlighted, ensuring DMH Stallard remains a place where people can develop rewarding and successful careers.”
The findings also highlight actions taken in response to previous employee feedback. Over the past two years, the firm has enhanced maternity and paternity benefits, introduced a buy-holiday scheme, modernised its appraisal process, invested in its offices and strengthened technology support.
Richard Pollins, Managing Partner, said:
“These results are something everyone at DMH Stallard can be proud of. While we are ambitious for growth and continued success, we have always believed that creating an environment where people feel supported, trusted and able to thrive is fundamental to that success.
“To see 100% of respondents agree that DMH Stallard is a good place to work is hugely encouraging. It reflects the culture our people have built together and our commitment to listening, learning and continually improving.”
The findings will help shape the firm’s priorities for the coming year, including further investment in technology, employee benefits, learning and development, and initiatives to strengthen collaboration across its offices.
DMH Stallard has offices in London, Sussex and Surrey.
