DMH Stallard advises interpet on strategic sale of aquatic brands

DMH Stallard has successfully advised Dorking-based interpet and its US Parent, Central Pet and Garden, on the sale of its portfolio of aquatic brands to Sera, a leading German manufacturer and distributor of aquatic products.

The transaction marks a significant milestone in Central’s strategic realignment, allowing the group to focus on core operations while ensuring the continued development of its aquatic brands under Sera’s ownership.

Interpet’s Commercial Director, Adrian Exell, noted:

Leading the transaction for DMH Stallard were Mark Diamond and Kay Miles.

Founded in 1970, Sera is a family owned business employing 200 people worldwide and distributing products to over 80 countries.
