Provides support to the Employment team on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Cally originally joined DMH Stallard in 2023 as an Employment Paralegal in the Gatwick office. After relocating to Australia, she worked as a Legal Secretary at a Sydney law firm, where she continued to develop her legal and client service skills before rejoining DMH Stallard in 2026.

Cally graduated from London South Bank University with a First Class LLB (Hons) Law degree, where she achieved the highest mark in Employment Law in her year. During her studies, she participated in pro bono work, advising members of the public on social welfare matters.
