Chris Bell

Chris has acted for a large range of clients, from small owner-managed businesses (and their owners) all the way through to listed companies, working in a variety of different sectors including leisure and hospitality, wholesale, manufacturing, professional services, insurance, education, and IT and cyber security.

As a solicitor in our Corporate team Chris handles a variety of corporate matters including M&A transactions (including share and asset sales and purchases), reorganisations, shareholders’ agreements and corporate advisory work. However, alongside his corporate expertise, Chris also has significant previous experience in, and understanding of, other practice areas  – including, in particular, property and commercial law. That broad range of knowledge and experience can be highly beneficial when Chris is working on M&A transactions and other matters which have aspects which span a number of different practice areas
