Emily is a solicitor within the Employment team, and has experience assisting businesses, employers and senior executives on a broad range of employment issues.

She has experience across a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including grievance and disciplinary issues, redundancies, drafting employment contracts and policies, advising on the employment aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, and bringing and defending employment tribunal claims.

Emily is appreciated for her commitment to providing clear and pragmatic advice to clients. She is known by both clients and colleagues alike as a reliable and dedicated professional who connects well with others.

Emily has a first-class law degree from the University of York, and achieved a distinction in her LPC. Emily was admitted as a solicitor in September 2025.

Emily works primarily in our Guildford office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.
