Katie Raymond, Real Estate Lawyer, DMH Stallard LLP
Katie specialises in non-contentious property transactions including both commercial and residential real estate work.

Katie joined DMH Stallard’s Brighton office after working for 12 years at a bespoke property law firm in Brighton. Having qualified as a solicitor in March 2006, she has extensive experience of all types of non-contentious residential and commercial real estate transactions. These include commercial landlord and tenant, lease renewals, deeds of surrender, assignment, sales, purchases, remortgages and refinance.

Many of Katie’s commercial clients instructed her for their first lease when they began their start-ups and then return as their businesses grow and flourish. Her clients include property developers, retailers, salons, pension funds, accountants, PR agencies, advertisers, gyms, nurseries and restaurants.

Katie has also acted on hundreds of sales, purchases and remortgages for residential clients, from first-time buyers to buy to let investors with large portfolios.

Clients praise Katie’s approachable nature and ability to communicate clearly, proactively giving guidance throughout what can sometimes be a complicated process.

Katie works primarily in our Brighton office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.
