Lily Sissons

Lily has recently completed her Master’s degree in law after studying her undergraduate degree in psychology with law at the University of Sussex, where she conducted her own research study. She has a strong passion for social justice and advocacy, and has strong knowledge on human behaviour and how this interlinks with legal issues.

All Lily’s working career has been in customer facing roles where she has developed a keen set of interpersonal skills including reception and front of house, sales and admin. More recently, Lily has been involved in contract and personal injury queries and complaints.

Lily also really enjoys Dispute Resolution and participated in a mediation course at a young age. She has put this to use in a range of ways including peer mentoring.
