Rachael Au, Lawyer, Solicitor, Dispute Resolution Family, DMH Stallard
Assists the Family Law team with a range of matters including divorce, child maintenance and financial disputes.

Rachael is a highly capable member of the Family Law team.

She specialises exclusively in Family Law, advising on divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, financial disputes and injunction proceedings. She has worked on numerous complex and high net worth divorce cases involving trusts, businesses, high value property and assets located outside the UK, as well as advising on the protection of family wealth through pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements.

Rachael has worked on all types of section 8 Children Act disputes, including contact arrangements, relocation disputes, child abduction and parental alienation.

During her training contract, Rachael worked within in the Real Estate and Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence departments. Prior to that she worked as a Paralegal within the Real Estate Dispute Resolution team.
