Rebecca Leeves, Lawyer, Senior Associate, Corporate, DMH Stallard
Rebecca is part of the Commercial Law team and has expertise across a broad range of industry sectors including education, IT, technology, travel, retail commercial.

In relation to IT, Rebecca has drafted and negotiated a wide range of agreements in relation to licencing, SaaS projects and software development. Rebecca has also designed a number of template documents and playbooks for clients to use.

As a part of the Commercial Law team, Rebecca also advises on all data protection matters, including drafting policies and procedures, data processing and sharing agreements and assisting clients (in particular in house legal and DPOs), on general day to day data protection matters, including advising on data subject requests and compliance.

Rebecca’s client base spans a range of industries, including retail, education, and travel.

Rebecca works primarily in our Brighton office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.
