Sophie John, Family Law, DMH Stallard
Advises on a range of Family Law areas, to include divorce, financial separation in both marriages and cohabiting relationships and children arrangements.

Sophie has over eight years of legal experience, having specialised in Family Law since 2023. She advises on a wide range of matters, to include divorce and finances, children proceedings, cohabitation agreements, separation of unmarried couples and protection from harassment.

She takes a sensible and pragmatic approach in all cases, seeking resolutions for her clients without recourse to the courts where possible. However, should legal proceedings be necessary, Sophie will confidently and calmly guide her clients through these processes.

Sophie is client focused and committed to achieving the best outcome for them. She is patient and appreciative of how sensitive these matters can be for families and will support her clients during these times by providing clear and considered advice.

Sophie works in both the Guildford and London offices, but provides assistance to colleagues in other locations.
