DMH Stallard advises CSMA Benefits Limited and Parliament Hill Ltd on the acquisition of Club Marketing Services

DMH Stallard has advised CSMA Benefits Limited and Parliament Hill Ltd on their acquisition of Club Marketing Services, one of Ireland’s leading membership benefits providers.

The deal strengthens the buyers’ ability to deliver a comprehensive and competitive portfolio of member‑focused offers across the UK and Ireland.

CSMA Benefits, which provides a wide range of curated membership benefits to long‑established member communities, and Parliament Hill, a specialist in tailored member engagement platforms for professional bodies, associations, trade unions and other organisations, sought to enhance the relevance and value offered to their member groups. By acquiring Club Marketing Services – known for its strong position in the Irish market and its established network of partner offers – the combined organisation will be able to deliver a strengthened, more geographically diverse benefits proposition.

Emma Boorman, Partner and Group Head Corporate London at DMH Stallard, led the team advising on the transaction.

She said: “It was a pleasure to advise CSMA Benefits and Parliament Hill on this acquisition. The transaction brings together two highly complementary businesses, and we are proud to have supported a deal that positions the combined group for continued growth across the UK and Ireland.”

DMH Stallard’s Corporate team provided strategic legal advice throughout the transaction, supporting a smooth process across this cross‑border deal.
