Kate is a Corporate lawyer with wide ranging experience and knowledge.

Kate specialises in corporate re-organisations, share and asset sales, demergers, early stage shareholders’ agreements and senior management exits. She acts for corporates, individuals and owner managed businesses.

Kate started her career in a private equity focused team and then worked heavily in international AiM listings before taking an in house role in an M&A team at a US investment bank. She has since spent ten years undertaking general corporate work across sectors and jurisdictions. Kate enjoys working with other professional advisers to achieve her client’s objectives.

Kate was a finalist for the Professional Services award at the Dynamic Awards 2024 

Kate works primarily in our Brighton office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.
