The transaction marks an important milestone for the fast growing design sector event, which has rapidly established itself as a key meeting point for workplace architects, designers and suppliers.
Launched in 2021, the Workspace Design Show has become one of the UK’s most dynamic design led trade events, attracting thousands of visitors and a strong roster of international exhibitors. Under Redbridge’s ownership, the show has built a reputation for high quality content, curated experiences and a strong community of industry partners.
DMH Stallard acted for the shareholders of Redbridge throughout the transaction, advising on all corporate and commercial aspects of the sale. The deal team included Jonathan Grant, Sarah Quinnell and Beth Obara. Corporate Partner, Kate Partridge, led the transaction.
Kate said:
“Workspace Design Show has quickly become a standout event in the UK design calendar, and it has been a pleasure to support the Redbridge team on this significant transaction. Diversified’s global expertise and resources create an exciting opportunity for the show to scale further while preserving the creativity and industry engagement that have underpinned its success.
“We were delighted to work with the shareholders to deliver a smooth and successful outcome.”
The acquisition by Diversified provides a platform for further expansion of the show, greater investment and international reach.
Esha and Charlie Bark-Jones, shareholders of Redbridge Events Limited, said:
“We are incredibly grateful to Kate and the whole DMH Stallard team for their support throughout the sale process.
“They were efficient, responsive and genuinely committed to getting the deal over the line. Their guidance made a complex transaction feel manageable, and we really appreciated the professionalism and clarity they brought at every stage.”
