The transaction marks a significant milestone for West Sussex-based HT Servo, a specialist supplier of motion components in Worthing to many of the UK’s leading aerospace and defence companies.
Led by Managing Director David Baillie, HT Servo has built a reputation for technical excellence, reliability, and customer-focused service. The acquisition by Teqnion AB will support HT Servo’s continued growth while preserving its core values and commitment to its customers.
