We look at the Early Conciliation process – how it works, how to use it to your advantage and the pros and cons of settling claims. Then we will explore what happens if Early Conciliation fails and you have to respond to an Employment Tribunal Claim. With many cases now being listed for hearing more than 12 months away, we will look at the practical and tactical options available to employers responding to and managing claims in the Covid world.
