DMH Stallard announces ‘high calibre’ Dispute Resolution Partner appointment

DMH Stallard has announced the appointment of a new Partner to its Dispute Resolution department.

David Bailey joins the regional practice from Healys, where he was Head of Dispute Resolution. He is a highly experienced litigator who handles complex and high value contentious matters, with a particular focus on professional negligence, involving claims against solicitors, surveyors, accountants, and other advisors, as well as mortgage-related litigation. Other areas of his expertise include financial and banking disputes, commercial fraud cases and property litigation.

David combines clear leadership with a hands-on approach and has developed an impressive track record of achieving positive outcomes for his clients.

Simon Elcock, Head of Dispute Resolution at DMH Stallard, said:

We are delighted to welcome David to the firm and into our highly regarded and growing Dispute Resolution Department. David’s appointment, with his outstanding reputation and expertise, reflects our continued determination to recruit the very best legal talent in the market and to add further strength and real quality to our Dispute Resolution practice.”

This recruitment is the latest in a series of partner-level appointments, following numerous senior hires right across the firm in 2023 and 2024.

David said:

“DMH Stallard’s commitment to providing practical, commercial solutions aligns perfectly with my own approach to dispute resolution.

“I am looking forward to working with my new colleagues and continuing to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.”
