Planning
Nigel advises on town planning, including expert witness matters in a planning context. He is experienced at leading multi-disciplinary teams to provide high quality and timely advice across a broad range of development schemes.
Nigel has over 30 years of experience, in providing high quality planning advice to a wide range of clients across the public (local authorities, Government Departments and agencies), private (large- and small-scale developers, landowners, HNWI’s) and third (charities and Registered Providers) sectors.
Whenever providing advice, Nigel always aims to ensure that the client’s brief is fully met wherever possible. He has significant experience in leading or being a key member of multi-disciplinary project teams to provide timely and commercially focused advice across a broad range of development schemes to achieve positive planning outcomes.
Having completed a Masters in Town and Country Planning in 1992, he became a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in April 1993.
Nigel works primarily in our Gatwick office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.
