They have been extremely professional in everything they have done and Mo was extremely compassionate and patient when dealing with my father who is 96 and was struggling to comprehend the legal processes that were needed. There has been good communication throughout the process, keeping us informed of everything was going on. The only delays experienced were caused by the court processes, not DMH Stallard. The location in Brighton is good with a car park a very short distance away which is useful when you have somebody that cannot walk very far that needs to visit the offices.
