Adam Williams, Partner and Group Head of Immigration & Employment Guildford at DMH Stallard, said:
“This is a very exciting appointment for our practice in Guildford.
“We were looking for something very specific in a new employment partner for the practice, and Hollie immediately came to mind. She has the depth of experience and technical knowledge of employment law that our practice is known for, combined with the personable approach and focus on client service that sets us apart.
“She has the proven ability to provide strategic and commercially astute advice that our clients value so much, and we are excited to welcome her as an integral part of the team, as we continue to grow.”
Hollie has successfully represented both employers and senior executives, including advising a large publication organisation on its offshoring arrangements, defending and negotiating favourable settlement terms for an international technology company facing a complex discrimination and whistleblowing claim, and advising a telecoms company on a large-scale collective redundancy exercise and resolving several tricky employee disputes.
Hollie said:
“I’m mindful of DMH Stallard’s excellent and ever-growing reputation in the legal sector, I am genuinely thrilled to be joining such a well-regarded employment practice.
“Employment and immigration laws are changing at great pace, so I’m looking forward to working with my new colleagues to ensure our clients continue to receive the very best advice on these developments.”
