Hollie Ryan advises clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment and HR matters, representing both employers and senior executives.

Hollie advises clients on strategic HR issues and contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She regularly assists with the drafting of contracts and employment policies and procedures, advising on dismissals and exit terms, collective redundancies and restructurings and complex grievance and disciplinary matters.  Hollie also advises on the employment aspects of corporate acquisitions, disposals and outsourcing arrangements.   

Hollie also has experience of bringing and defending employment tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.   

She is also experienced in advising overseas clients on setting up and expanding their businesses in the UK.  

Hollie qualified as a solicitor in 2013.

Hollie works primarily in our Guildford office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.

Assisting a production company with the drafting and negotiation of settlement terms for several senior exits.  


CEO EXIT

Acting for a CEO in negotiating favourable exit terms from a large hospitality group and his subsequent appointment as a consultant.
