Hollie Ryan es abogada especializada en derecho laboral y asesora en todas las áreas del derecho laboral, como por ejemplo, negociación y extinción de contratos, procedimientos de empleo (disciplinarios y reclamaciones), despidos individuales y colectivos originados por reestructuraciones de plantilla o cierre de empresas.

Asesora a clientes en multinacionales, grupos empresariales y altos ejecutivos. En particular, tiene amplia experiencia en asesoramiento a multinacionales sobre establecimiento de su negocio en el Reino Unido, a menudo de la Unión Europea y/o Latinoamérica.

Además, se especializa en la defensa de demandas ante las tribunales (entre ellas demandas sobre discriminación, despidos improcedentes y pagos de salarios).

También interviene en fusiones y adquisiciones como así también en la debida diligencia sobre temas laborales en estos casos.

Hollie se colegió como abogada en 2013.

Trabaja principalmente en nuestra oficina de Guildford, pero también colabora estrechamente con compañeros de otras sedes.
