DMH Stallard bolsters real estate team with senior hires

Leading South East law firm DMH Stallard has bolstered its highly regarded Guildford real estate team with the appointment of two senior lawyers.

Bringing a wealth of experience in residential conveyancing, new Partner Tulia Ristow joins from Morr & Co, while Senior Associate Ona Proctor moves from Howard Kennedy.

Tulia is well known for her expertise in equity release and real estate finance, and being fluent in English and Spanish her practice includes both domestic and international clients with interests in the UK property market. She acts for first time buyers through to private investors managing large portfolios, as well as companies and lenders.

Tulia said:

“Joining DMH Stallard presents an exciting opportunity for me to contribute to a dynamic and rapidly growing firm and work with some of the most respected real estate lawyers in the sector.”

Ona Proctor is a bilingual Korean solicitor who specialises in secured lending and high-value finance transactions. Ona advises investors for acquisition, disposal, financing, and development of all asset types, and on the finance side, lenders including international banks, bridging lenders and UK clearing banks.  She is also experienced in project managing Korean client matters.

Her arrival further boosts DMH Stallard’s capability to advise both UK and overseas investors navigating the intricacies of the UK real estate landscape.

Tom Watkins, Partner and Group Head Real Estate, Guildford at DMH Stallard, said:

“I am delighted to welcome Tulia and Ona to the firm. Their appointments reflect our continued growth and our commitment to providing the highest calibre real estate advice to clients from the UK and across the world.”
