Phil Morton named ‘most influential’ in the eprivateclient 2026 rankings

DMH Stallard is celebrating the recognition of Phil Morton, Group Head of Family, who has been named amongst the most influential private client practitioners in the UK in the eprivateclient rankings.

This year’s eprivateclient list reflects the growing importance of the private client advisory sector, with judges assessing achievements, promotions and contributions over the past 12 months.

Phil’s inclusion recognises his extensive work across complex domestic and international family matters, including high‑value financial proceedings involving corporate and trust structures, as well as his expertise in pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements. He also advises private clients on professional negligence claims, fraud litigation, harassment matters and injunctions.

Phil Morton said:

“It’s a considerable honour to be included in this year’s list, but recognition like this really reflects the strength of the team around me.

“I’m fortunate to work with exceptional colleagues at DMH Stallard who care deeply about the clients we support and the outcomes we achieve for them.”

Phil began his career at DMH Stallard 18 years ago as a trainee solicitor and now leads the firm’s Family team.

Richard Pollins, Managing Partner at DMH Stallard, said:

“Phil’s expertise, calm leadership and unwavering commitment to clients represents the very best of our firm.

“We are very proud of his achievements and of the contribution he continues to make to our family law offering.”
