The research places DMH Stallard alongside some of the region’s highest-performing firms based on Net Promoter Score (NPS) – an internationally recognised measure of client satisfaction and loyalty that assesses how likely clients are to recommend a business to others. The rankings are based on feedback from nearly 20,000 client responses collected as part of Legal 500’s annual research programme.
To be included, firms were required to hold multiple Legal 500 practice rankings and receive a significant volume of client feedback, making the recognition a reflection of both legal expertise and consistently positive client experience.
The recognition reflects DMH Stallard’s long-standing commitment to delivering partner-led legal advice, building long-term client relationships and continuously improving the client experience through independent client feedback.
Richard Pollins, Managing Partner at DMH Stallard, said:
We’re delighted to be recognised among the South East’s most recommended law firms by Legal 500. Recognition based on direct client feedback is particularly meaningful because it reflects the experience of the people we work with every day.
Clients no longer want a law firm on the other end of the phone – they want a trusted adviser who understands their business as well as the law. That shift has transformed what great client service looks like. We pride ourselves on providing partner-led advice that is tailored to each client’s individual needs, delivered in plain English and built on long-term relationships.
We’ve invested in independent client listening for many years because we’re always looking for ways to improve. Listening to what clients value – and where they think we can do better – helps us continually refine how we deliver our services. We’re incredibly grateful to our clients for their continued trust and recommendation.
The recognition adds to an exceptional year for DMH Stallard, during which the firm has received 16 award shortlistings and nominations across the legal profession, alongside several major wins. Recent successes include being named Corporate Law Firm of the Year at the Insider South East Dealmakers Awards, securing wins for HT Servo and the Sale of Sowga to Pareto, and earning shortlistings at the LexisNexis Legal Awards, Surrey Law Society Awards and Resolution Awards. Alongside continued growth, the firm remains focused on investing in its people, supporting local communities through two paid volunteering days each year and delivering legal advice tailored to every client’s individual objectives.
One client described DMH Stallard as “approachable, pragmatic and exceptionally easy to work with“, while another praised the firm for being “responsive, commercially minded and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome.“
