Hollie was elected during the AIJA Annual Congress in Vienna, joining legal professionals from across the globe in helping to shape the future direction of the organisation.
AIJA is an international network of young lawyers and in-house counsel, providing opportunities for professional development, knowledge-sharing and cross-border collaboration. Founded in 1962, it brings together members from around the world and is recognised as a leading voice for the next generation of legal professionals.
Commenting on her appointment, Hollie said:
I am absolutely delighted to have been elected to the AIJA Executive Committee. AIJA has been an important part of my professional development, enabling me to build relationships with outstanding lawyers from around the world and gain valuable international insight.
I am looking forward to working with my fellow committee members to support AIJA’s objectives, strengthen its global network and help shape opportunities for the next generation of legal professionals.
An experienced employment lawyer, Hollie advises employers and senior executives on a wide range of employment and HR matters, from workplace disputes and restructurings to complex discrimination and whistleblowing cases. She also supports overseas organisations establishing and growing their businesses in the UK.
