Carolina joined the Sussex Corporate team in June 2023 and has since assisted in a variety of corporate matters. Her main experience has been on asset and share sales and purchases, Employee Ownership Trusts, and company reorganisations.
Carolina is currently preparing to sit SQE2 exams to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales.
In November 2018, Carolina obtained her Bachelor’s degree of Doctor in Law and Social Sciences from the Faculty of Law, at the Uruguay State University. This bachelor’s degree trains professionals in a comprehensive understanding of Legal Sciences, promoting the development of analytic capacity to resolve legal issues with a humanitarian approach. It’s a six-year degree that equipped her with a high-level ability to participate in all aspects of the legal process.
