Georgina Thomas, Lawyer, Senior Associate, Corporate, DMH Stallard
Advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, restructuring and JV arrangements.

Georgina has expertise in private equity including UK managed funds with multi-jurisdictional structures and deals with GP/LPs, carry vehicles and LLPs. She also has an appreciation for Luxembourg fund structures and UK delegated management. Georgina works closely with one UK private equity client in an inhouse acting general counsel capacity advising on internal corporate governance aspects of their fund structures.

Georgina also advises on M&A transactions (including acquisitions and disposals by way of asset or share sale, management buy in and buy outs), shareholder and joint venture arrangements, restructurings and corporate aspects of acquisition finance.

Georgina works primarily in our London office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.
