How April 2022’s new visa routes and sponsorship requirements will change the way employers recruit

There are a number of new / replacement UK visa routes that have recently been announced by the Government. These routes are being introduced now and will have a significant impact on employers who are trying to manage and overcome skill shortages by bringing in workers from abroad.
