With wide-ranging experience, Alicia is well known as a specialist in the law relating to children, notably where living arrangements are concerned and with whom they should spend time. She also specialises in the often-complex financial aspects of divorce, whether in the drafting of orders with agreed terms or following the most contentious of proceedings.
Alicia’s exemplary track record includes acting for parents in international surrogacy cases, successfully obtaining parental orders at the Royal Courts of Justice and experience in special guardianship proceedings. She is also sought after for legal advice from cohabitees and those keen to protect their interests by entering into a pre-nuptial agreement.
Philip Morton, partner and Group Head of the family team, said:

Alicia is the latest lawyer of the highest calibre to join our city practice and someone who knows how to consistently achieve the best results for her clients.”
A Member of Resolution and recognised by Wiselaw, Alicia is also fluent in Spanish and often advises clients whose first language is Spanish.
Alicia said:
“Speaking to Philip about the firm’s ambitions for the practice is very exciting and I’m looking forward to contributing to those longer-term plans.
The practice is well known and highly respected and I can’t wait to join my new colleagues and play a part in DMH Stallard’s on-going growth in the city.”
