Kamilla joins from Gherson Solicitors, where she was head of the firm’s UK inbound immigration practice. It is DMH Stallard’s fourth partner hire of 2025.
Kamilla’s practice includes everything from large multinationals to start-up entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals and families. Kamilla has established a reputation for helping clients to navigate the ever-increasing complexities of immigration law. Her guidance for businesses focusses on establishing a deep understanding of the organisation and its objectives.
Her experience in complex matters includes advising a multinational company on UK Sponsor licence compliance and sponsorship obligations following a group restructuring and associated transfer of employees under TUPE, and assisting a UK care home group to prepare for a Home Office compliance visit/audit.

Kamilla also has an in-depth knowledge of British nationality law and frequently advises individuals on citizenship claims, naturalisation, and registration, including children born through surrogacy or following adoption overseas.
