DMH Stallard pays out bonuses to all staff

DMH Stallard has had a strong financial year with revenue expected to reach nearly £50 million this year.  As a result, the Equity Partners voted to pay out an extra bonus to all staff to recognise a particularly strong financial year.  A discretionary bonus of £2,000 will be paid to all employees and partners as a result.

This supplements the performance related bonuses the firm paid out earlier in the year and brings the total bonus payments for the year to £2.2m.

Richard Pollins, Managing Partner, said:

“Bonus payments for the last financial year are therefore the equivalent to around 22 per cent of our PEP which I think compares favourably with other firms especially as we increased pay by an average of 4 per cent earlier this year and will review pay again in April.”

DMH Stallard is committed to building a genuinely inclusive and supportive workplace. In our most recent staff survey, 99.6% of our people said DMH is a great place to work, with 90% feeling they have a strong work-life balance, and 93.9% expressing confidence in the leadership team.

Amanda Smith, HR Director, said:

“At DMH Stallard, we deeply value the hard work and commitment shown by every member of our team.  We hope that the bonus is warmly received and helps all team members to have a truly relaxing and enjoyable festive break”.

DMH Stallard had a nine-month year in 2023/24, suppressing that year’s figures, but the firm grew by around 10 per cent in 2024/25, hitting revenue of £45m. The firm has set itself a modest target of £48m for 2025/26.
