With offices across London, Surrey and Sussex, the recognition follows the consistent investment in the training and development of the firm’s workforce.
Amanda Smith, HR Director at DMH Stallard, said:
“I am delighted to share the news that DMH Stallard has been awarded the world-renowned Investors in People Gold accreditation, placing us among the top 28% of organisations that commit to people development.
This achievement reflects our ongoing dedication to creating an environment where our people can thrive.
Receiving this Gold standard is a significant milestone, and we will continue to keep making changes and keep improving.”
Most recently, the firm announced that six trainees had all successfully qualified as new solicitors. The firm also offered solicitor roles to three paralegals qualifying via the SQE route.
DMH Stallard also encourages career progression for support staff and plans to introduce more apprentices into the business.
