Advises on a broad range of domestic and international private company mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and joint venture arrangements, equity investments, corporate restructurings and corporate governance issues.

Callum has acted for a variety of corporate clients ranging from start-ups to small to medium-sized enterprises as well as private individuals. He continues to build experience across a wide variety of sectors including leisure and hospitality, insurance and professional services.

Callum works primarily in our Guildford office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.
